I'm always a bit stressed out when going somewhere new, but Jenny and her staff quickly put me at ease. I chose the signature pedicure, the second of four levels, and I really enjoyed the process, which included exfoliation and a brief but lovely foot and leg massage. Although I didn't opt for any nail art, based on other people's examples, that's another strength of the business. The price was reasonable, and my nails look amazing. I would probably recommend making an appointment as they were steadily busy, and it appeared most of us coming in had done so.

I have been going to Jenny's for about 15 years and I won't go anywhere else! Jenny's customer service is amazing, her prices are great, she is constantly upgrading her products to have the newest, latest, greatest! I love Jenny and all her staff! I highly recommend going to Jenny's!!!

I have been going to Jenny's Nails for the past 12 years and I love my nails every time no matter which staff does them. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it is worth it. Polish never chips and acrylic stays until I am ready for a fill. Highly recommend!!

Jenny's Nails is a wonderful place to get your nails done. I'm the most indecisive person in existence and I have yet to walk in the front door knowing what color or design I want. All I have are a combination of Pinterest pictures and each time they offer suggestions with beautiful results. I've had my nails done by each employee now and they all do an exceptional job.

My favorite place to get my nails done! Jenny and all of her staff and friendly, funny and great at their job!!! Always bring cash to tip, as they cannot accept credit card tips!

If you don't have an appointment, you're screwed, end of story. BUT if you can manage to be seen before you've been waiting for an hour, the service is excellent. Packed 24/7 for a reason. They are fabulous.

This place rocks! I had Danny do some awesome coffin ombr nails for me! I love how nice they are to your real nails, minimal grinding to the surface, and the nails don't look too chunky which is a problem for a lot of walk-in places. The shape is amazing, the color is perfect, everyone in there is a joy to be around, the environment is awesome, and price is extremely fair! Never going anywhere else ever again it's a courtesy to book an appointment rather than walk in, plus nails this good have a wait!

Overall experience was good. They got us in quickly even without an appointment and the student discount was nice! The nail technician consistently asked if I was happy with my french tips as well.

Update: When I went in to get my nails fixed, Jenny had me sit down and the technician immediately directed her attention to me, fixed the two nails, and checked my others as well. She added another top coat and even freshened up the white tips on all the nails (since they can get dingy naturally). Very happy with the customer service!

I have to say my favorite nail spot in B-Town! I recently changed over here because of a friends recommendation and I have to say I am glad I did! My manicure lasts so much longer and everyone is so much nicer. I never have to wait whenever I make an appointment because it seems that they make it a priority to attend to people with appointments. Super sweet service I definitely recommend the dip powder lasts a lot longer than the gel

This was my second time ever getting acrylics. My first time ever going to Jenny's. I waited just a few minutes past my appointment time (no problem to me) and my technician was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable. Students also get a 10% discount. I will definitely be coming back again.

Great nails and wonderful service. Place is clean and well managed. Prices CANNOT be beat! And there is a 10% discount for students (with student id). Had Jenny herself do my nails and they came out fabulous - only $40 (+ tip) for full gel set and polish. Very satisfied!

Note: they only take cash tips, so bring some extra pocket money if you're paying in card.

I LOVED my service. I was traveling on business and had a nail "emergency" and it was the Monday after a holiday weekend- she was so accommodating. My nails looked great and the service was clean and of obvious expert level quality.

I've gone twice now, and both times I've been so excited about my nails. I got a regular mani pedi the first time, with nail art. They did an awesome job on them and Jenny did a beautiful Christmas design with snowflakes and ribbons, just like the photo I brought. Gorgeous and reasonably priced. Today I got a gel manicure with art and it is gorgeous as well, and the rhinestones feel extremely secure. I showed Jenny a few different manicures that I liked online and she did something similar but even better. Everyone is also so nice. I usually feel anxious during beauty services but I haven't here. And you can call and ask when the best time to come in is, and they'll do their best to get you in fast. I'll definitely be back over and over.

Great gel manicure and nail shaping. Very quick and a relaxing atmosphere with a nice hand massage at the end.

I was greeted by a very friendly staff who remembered me by name after calling fOr availability. Given an approximate 30min window and started services at that designated time. My technician had a keen eye for detail, meticulously gave me a manicure and pedicure. I saw the nail art on other customers nails and it was very impressive, and they were happy to accommodate walk ins with picture requests. A family friendly establishment with clean welcoming setting, and I would recommend them to a friend.

Very clean and professional salon! This was my first ever set of acrylic nails and I'm so impressed! After nearly 3 weeks they are still in great condition. As a flight attendant my nails really take a beating and I haven't broken one yet!

I've had two great gel manicures here, so far. Both have lasted nearly two weeks without any chips and looked shiny and new that whole time. The first manicure was with the man that works there(I believe Danny?) and the second was with a young lady. I've paid cash but I believe they charge a fee for credit cards. I can't speak to it.
